Treatment Time

A typical treatment regimen is two hours a day Monday through Friday for four to eight weeks.* Treatment time is as follows:

5-6 minute descent
45 minutes of oxygen
10 minute break for a snack or to use the chamber’s facilities
45 minutes of oxygen
5-6 minute ascent

*Treatment times will vary from patient to patient according to their compliance and their condition’s severity and responsiveness to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
