Insurance Information

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy at HyOx Medical Treatment Center is covered by all major insurance plans, HMOs, PPOs and workers compensation plans. If your health plan is not on the approved list, HyOx will contact the insurance company for coverage options and assist with billing through its Financial Services Department.
