Wound care is dynamic and challenging and mobility concerns change with the status of the wound. When a wound is present, mobility concerns or deficits exist. Often times, external forces on the wound negatively affect a wound’s ability to heal. Our collaborative physical therapy and wound care interventions help create a comprehensive treatment regimen dictated by patients’ needs and/or the severity of their wounds.
HyOx provides wound care to its hyperbaric oxygen therapy patients only if requested by a referring specialist.
