Part Time Administrative Assistant
Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 6AM – 4:30PM. The ideal candidate will be available 15-20 hours per week and must have great organizational and people skills.
Duties:
- Answering phones 
- Patient reminder calls 
- Managing incoming and outgoing referrals 
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date spreadsheets 
- Scheduling new and returning patients 
- Creating and maintaining patient charts 
- Sending and obtaining medical records 
- Communicating with and supporting the team 
- Greeting patients with kindness and enthusiasm 
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office 
- Scheduling patients for MRIs, labs, and the like when needed 
- Assisting with education and outreach projects 
- Additional duties as assigned 
Requirements:
- Highschool degree or equivalent 
- Great interpersonal skills 
- Detail oriented 
- Microsoft Office proficiency 
- Service-minded
