This 41-year-old male was referred to HyOx Medical Treatment Center with soft tissue radiation necrosis of the right hand following a long history of radiation treatment for T-cell lymphoma and a lengthy traditional wound care regimen. The patient received a total of 50 hyperbaric oxygen treatments.

Result: Healing without requiring a skin graft.
